Very pethatic travel agency. You will be shocked to read this paragraph.
We started for Do Dham on 1st May 2025 and whatever they charged we agreed as we were expecting that we will get good service and good hotels.
Issues with the travel agency.
Mr. Pankaj very irresponsible as he is the owner. He hardly picks the call.
Issues.
1) poor service of vehicles
2) poor commitment
3) they don’t have good hotels in their list
4) Aman - very irresponsible person.
SO I RECOMMEND AND ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO BOOK THROUGH THIS TRAVEL AGENCY
We started from gurgaon and hired 12 seater tempo traveller. The vehicle which was given to us was not fit and broke 2 times till Haridwar. After our request and after heating argument they changed the vehicle and gave 9 seater which was also old vehicle and while coming back it broke down 70 kms before rishikesh.
Hotels. They have given us third grade hotels who charged at delux category and we were 7 people. We were told they will give us 3 rooms and instead of 3 rooms they gave 2 rooms only. Poor commitment.
LAST. YESTERDAY THEY DROPPED US IN RISHIKESH. WHEN WE CHECKED IN THE HOTEL AMAN THE MARKETING PERSON OF THE TRAVEL AGENCY INFORMED THE HOTEL THAT TAKE PAYMENT FROM THE GUEST. If we have to pay to the hotel then why they take advance money from us.
We have to pay ₹ 20000/- to the tempo traveller on urgency from rishikesh to gurgaon on return at our own. These people did not bothered

not at all trust-able co., i was booked for 12 day trip plan in may 24 , instead of tempo travera received car after 1 hrs waiting after that reached hotel at night 2 am were i was booked for 8 person but hotel confirm only for 6 and hotel is very bad, manager was drunk also. no one picked up phone that time. after that next day i took many follow ups for tempo and confirm received for the same for 7 am but till 8 am no one came for pickup and after 2 hrs company deny to arrange for the same. i was booked my rip before 1 month but still no received proper arrangements. after that no one pick up phones and not received single call for atleast Apologize. my family trip was spoiled after that need to skip 2-3 destination and arrange all trip from my own , due to pick season not getting proper rooms and vehicles and need to pay 3 times money also.i suggest please go with another options instead of this company.

We had a deeply disappointing experience with a travel agency that turned out to be unreliable and unprofessional. Initially, they presented us with a promising itinerary and we paid both an advance for our package and the train tickets as agreed. However, from the start of our trip, issues began to mount. We faced multiple problems with the assigned driver, despite notifying the agency promptly. On the first day, we raised concerns but found no resolution.
As our journey progressed, the agency demanded further payments, insisting we settle the balance immediately. When we requested clarity on the charges and sought reimbursement for canceled train tickets for an extra person, they became unreasonably hostile. They refused to provide a breakdown of costs or return our money as promised, instead threatening to terminate our trip prematurely.
Upon reviewing the receipts and communications, it became evident that the amounts they claimed were inaccurate. Even after involving our parents to mediate, the situation did not improve. The driver's conduct was also concerning; despite our contractual agreement, he consumed alcohol during his duty and frequently parked far from our destinations, inconveniencing us greatly.
Moreover, the agency omitted important details and tried to charge us additional taxes and fees not included in our initial agreement, compounding our frustration. Their lack of transparency and accountability throughout the trip was appalling. We caution others against trusting this agency with their travel plans, as our experience with them was marred by incompetence and disrespect towards customers.

It was an amazing trip, well organised by Mr Pankaj and his team. Excellent service given by Vedrahasya.
My parents with their friends from Malaysia find solace through this travel agency after they were cheated by other travel agency who left them in the middle of the road at midnight. Mr.Pankaj Mishra helped them alot by taking care for the travel from scratch till finish to kedarnath without expecting deposit first
All was done with pure sincerity and care where they were able to finish the yatra peacefully without any inconvenience. Kudos for Mr.Pankaj Mishra and the whole team for rearranging and giving assurance for the wonderdul journey planned in a short period of time. This agency is highly recommended😊

Vedrahasya is more than a travel agency. We 4 Malaysian travel to chardham yatra with other agency( Shivamgroup travel). But he cheat us, never apply chardham permit and also abonden us at barkot in the midnight. We had a terrible experience.

On that night Mr.Pankaj Mishra Called me immediately and he very quickly arranged us a car and took over our yatra. He didn't take deposit or Money from us. It's very hard for us to do Gpay on that time. He arranged everything first. The next day only we paid the money. We run of time because of the ex travel agency but Vedrahasya, they well planned so that we can complete all the 4 temple. The best part is their caring, he keep on touch with us. Very quick response, very caring. He keep checking with us, whether we are comfortable and we are safe. For kedarnath we having issue to enter the road as we denied because of no registration. But still we managed to enter to sitapur. We all decided to walk on the night and we leave 11pm from sitapur to gaurikund. I informed Mr.Aman manager, that we checkout the hotel. What surprised me is, Mr. Pankaj Mishra messaged us and with very caring, He advised us regarding our safety. Really feel very very safe and very comfortable. Even though the communication by phone but really feel their presence. Very safe and secure. So called it's like God send Angel to us ,Vedrahasya. Nice hotel, tasty food, quick response and reasonable price. All the request was seriously considered and full filled by Mr Aman. It's really heart full thanks to Vedrahasya for complete our chardham yatra successfully. Recommending Vedrahasya to my friends and family.
